## Details

The Research Tax Credit aims to encourage companies from the same sector or from related sectors to take part in pre-competitive research consortia or to proceed with their creation in order to carry out pre-competitive research activities in Quebec.  To qualify for the tax credit, the company must have a university research contract with an eligible academic institution or an eligible research contract with an eligible public research center or consortium.
