The Operating Assistance for Community Media program aims to support them in fulfilling their mission and implementing their action plan, the activities of which fall within one of the intervention sectors of the Ministry of Culture and Communications.    The Program aims to:  to ensure access to quality information in all regions of Quebec;  to maintain the diversity of information sources in Quebec;  to contribute to the financial health of community media;  to encourage community participation in their activities.
