## Details

This program offers funding to employers to offset the cost of training employees.    Training includes employee up-skilling due to economic, technological or organizational change. It may also be used to support individuals who are under-employed, or employed and in need of training to maintain or move to a different or better job.    This program is not intended for employees to maintain professional status, certification or designation or assist with personal development skills, such as self-awareness, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, or similar.
