## Details

The Employee Training Program offers funding to employers to offset the cost of training employees.    Training includes employee upskilling due to economic, technological or organizational change. It may also be used to support individuals who are under-employed, or employed and in need of training to maintain or move to a different or better job.    This program is not intended for employees to maintain professional status, certification or designation or assist with personal development skills, such as self-awareness, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, or similar.
