## Details

The Career-Ready with CTMA: Expanding Opportunities program provides non-repayable contributions to eligible employers to subsidize the wages of new hires or the upskilling of existing employees that meet the program’s eligibility criteria.  Eligible employers could receive 50% of wages paid up to $5,000 for a single placement, up to $10,000 for two placements, and up to $15,000 for three placements to assist with the cost of hiring and training, depending on start date.
